- 6–7 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 mandarin oranges (peeled and segmented or 1/4 cup orange juice)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice (add more if needed)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in your high-speed blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
