Description

A refreshing mixed berry salad dressed with a zesty lime and mint dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 5 oz blueberries
  • 5 oz blackberries
  • 5 oz raspberries
  • 1 lime (juiced, about 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (lightly packed)

Instructions

  1. Add the halved strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to a large salad bowl.
  2. Make dressing. Combine lime juice and honey in a small bowl using a whisk or fork until well combined.
  3. Drizzle dressing over berries. Gently toss to coat.
  4. Top salad with fresh mint leaves and serve or cover and chill until served.

Notes

  • This salad can be made ahead of time and chilled before serving for a fresher taste.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey as desired.
