Description
Delicious and easy buffalo chicken sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, Monterey Jack cheese, and a tangy buffalo ranch sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounce package Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded, divided)
- 3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast (warmed)
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot Regular buffalo sauce)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (divided)
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and all but a teaspoon of the dry ranch dressing mix until evenly coated.
- Using a bread knife, slice the entire roll in half horizontally. Do not separate them individually.
- Lay the bottom half with the cut-side facing up into a casserole dish or on a baking sheet. (You can lightly grease the pan if you like with cooking spray).
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom half.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese.
- Then sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and carefully place the tops of the rolls on top.
- Brush the butter on the roll tops and sprinkle with the remaining dry ranch mix.
- Place in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the tops are brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven, slice into 12 sliders and serve immediately.
