Description

This creamy garlic chicken with spinach is a delicious and quick meal that is perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup flour (for breading)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
