Description
Delicious chocolate-covered peanut clusters made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 16 oz salted peanuts
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz German chocolate baking squares
- 24 oz white almond bark
Instructions
- Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
- Place peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.
- Layer chocolate chips, German chocolate, and almond bark on top of the peanuts.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not stir during cooking.
- After 2 hours, stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Allow the candy to set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Once set, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
