Description

Delicious chocolate-covered peanut clusters made in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz salted peanuts
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz German chocolate baking squares
  • 24 oz white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Place peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.
  3. Layer chocolate chips, German chocolate, and almond bark on top of the peanuts.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not stir during cooking.
  5. After 2 hours, stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  6. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Allow the candy to set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
  8. Once set, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
