Description
A comforting bowl of ramen made with fresh noodles and a delicious miso broth.
Ingredients

- 200g fresh ramen noodles
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup seasonal vegetables (bok choy or mushrooms)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat chicken broth and miso paste over medium heat until miso dissolves.
- Stir in unsalted butter until melted and combined.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (approximately 3-4 minutes).
- Taste the broth and adjust seasoning with salt or soy sauce if needed.
- Serve ramen in bowls topped with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, nori strips, sesame oil, and any additional toppings you desire.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables according to your preference.
- This dish can also be garnished with chili oil for extra heat.
