Description

A refreshing tropical slush made with frozen pineapple and mango, tequila, and lime juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 4 oz tequila
  • 2 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec)
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 12 tablespoons agave syrup or simple syrup (to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Lime wedges and salt for rimming glasses (optional)

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim your glasses: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip in salt. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup) to start. Blend on high until smooth and slushy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave syrup if needed. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  5. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges or fresh fruit slices.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
