Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (plus more as needed)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add yogurt, frozen strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and milk to a blender. Add protein or seeds if using.
- Blend until smooth and thick. Scrape down sides as needed.
- Adjust consistency. Add more frozen berries to thicken or a splash of milk to thin.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with granola, berries, and seeds. Serve right away.

- For the best flavor, use ripe, fresh berries.
