Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crusty artisan bread (unsliced)
  • 0 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice bread in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle garlic butter into bread cuts evenly.
  5. Stuff cheese into cuts and place bread in dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
