Description

A simple glaze perfect for topping rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (226 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
  2. Then add the milk a tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. You can adjust the consistency by adding a little more milk if it’s too thick or more sugar if it’s too thin.
  4. Spread the glaze on top of the rolls while they are still a bit warm.
