Description

This marinated grilled chicken is flavorful and easy to prepare, perfect for any meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 11 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Stir together the ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Add chicken and marinade to desired container.
  3. Let chicken sit in marinade, covered in the fridge, for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high heat and lightly grease the grates.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade, and let the excess marinade drip off.
  6. Discard remaining marinade.
  7. Grill chicken until chicken reaches 165F. The grilling time will vary depending on thickness of the chicken.

  9. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

  12. Bake for 10 minutes.
  13. Flip the chicken over, and continue to cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken registers 165F.
  14. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  15. Add the chicken and marinade to the slow cooker insert.
  16. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-5 hours, or until chicken registers 165 F.
