Description
A delicious cream cheese fruit pizza with a soft crust.
Ingredients

- ½ cup butter (softened to room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 ⅔ cup flour
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 3 tablespoons butter (softened to room temperature)
- 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups fresh fruit (sliced)
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer, cream butter, vanilla extract, and sugar together.
- Add salt, baking powder, and cornstarch and mix until blended.
- While the mixer is on low speed, slowly mix in the flour.
- Cover the bowl tightly and chill for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Press the chilled dough evenly onto the pizza pan.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the edges turn slightly golden brown. Cool completely.
- Whip cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract together using a stand or a hand-held mixer.
- Add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese topping over the cooled crust.
- Arrange fresh sliced fruit on top.
- Serve and ENJOY!
