This delicious baked chicken is topped with dill pickles and freshly grated parmesan cheese, creating a savory and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder and smoked paprika; sprinkle over each chicken breast.
