- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder and smoked paprika; sprinkle over each chicken breast.
- Layer the sliced dill pickles on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Top each chicken breast with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is golden brown.
