Description

A refreshing drink made with blueberries, kiwis, and sparkling water, perfect for warm days!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cup Blueberries (Fresh)
  • 1/3 cup Water (Cold)
  • 1 cup Lemon juice (Fresh)
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1 packet Vital Proteins Lavender Lemon Collagen Beauty Water
  • 1 liter Sparkling water (Cold)
  • Additional lemon slices and blueberries (For garnish)
  • 3 Kiwis (Roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Cucumbers (Roughly chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Water (Cold)
  • 1 cup Lemon juice (Fresh)
  • 3/4 cup Honey
  • 1 packet Vital Proteins Cucumber Aloe Collagen Beauty Water
  • 1 liter Sparkling water
  • Additional lemon, kiwi and cucumber slices (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add blueberries and water. Blend until you have a chunky mixture.
  2. Pour this mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard the chunky seedy material, left behind.
  3. Pour this blueberry juice in a jug.
  4. Add lemon juice, honey and collagen peptides. Mix everything together.
  5. Add sparkling water. You will have to wait a few seconds before continuing to pour so as to prevent the lemonade from bubbling out of the jug.
  6. Add additional fresh blueberries (about 1/4 cup), a few lemon slices and ice, if you want to make this drink even prettier. Enjoy!

  8. Pour this mixture through a fine mesh strainer and discard the chunky seedy material, left behind.
  9. Pour this kiwi cucumber juice in a jug.
  10. Add lemon juice, honey and collagen peptides. Mix everything together.
  11. Add sparkling water. You will have to wait a few seconds before continuing to pour so as to prevent the lemonade from bubbling out of the jug.
  12. Add additional kiwi and cucumber slices (about 1/4 cup), a few lemon slices and ice if you want to make this drink even prettier. Enjoy!

  • This drink can be served immediately or kept in the refrigerator for later.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
